Crazy, crazy - we're on our way to California in 2 hours to witness Rebecca & Brian's wedding. This is the third wedding this month, along with one grandbaby and SELLING THE WAITE HOUSE! Amazing! We're going so fast my head is spinning. Now we just need to find a place to live for a couple of months and we'll be all set. I'm thinking a trailer on the property....

Wow, we've been soooo busy that I feel really removed from the blog. We drove to Chicago and looked at a mountain of stone and then on to Minneapolis for Corri & Chris' big wedding party. While we were gallivanting, the electricians were working over-time to make the inspection on Monday. The mechnicals and plumbing are ready to go and the insulation is scheduled for Tuesday of this week. Once the insulation is in - they'll start with the drywall. I can't believe how fast it's going! And, to top off an already full week - our beautiful grand daughter delivered on Wednesday evening!


Did I mention that first piece of redwood? Soon our house will be covered!

Much interior work is going on with the house. Ducts, electrical, the fireplace is installed, wiring for the AV stuff (even on the porch!). But again - not much has changed visually. We're on our way to Minneapolis to celebrate Corri & Christopher's wedding on Saturday and will stop in Chicago to look at some Onyx for the bathroom.

Since there aren't many new pictures of the house, I thought I'd entertain you with last weekend's Chicago birthday party for Erin...
